Laundry made simple.

Schedule a pickup and we'll take care of the rest- so you can get time back for what matters most.

SCHEDULING A PICKUP

Choose a pickup day and time that works best for you using our online booking calendar. Pickup windows are available from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM Monday through Friday and 7:00 AM–10:45 AM on Saturdays.

A $35 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your pickup.

Once your pickup is scheduled, place your laundry in 13-gallon bags and leave them in an accessible location for our driver. If you’d like us to use a specific detergent, simply place it with your laundry.

We’ll arrive during your scheduled pickup window, collect everything from your doorstep, and take it from there.

WASH, DRY & FOLD PROCESS

Your laundry is washed in cold water and dried on medium heat to help care for your clothes and reduce unnecessary wear.

Have a preferred detergent or special care request? You can add cleaning instructions when scheduling your pickup. We’re happy to accommodate requests such as using your preferred detergent, hang-drying select items, or following other care preferences.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please check all pockets before pickup. Kay Laundry Services is not responsible for personal items left inside garments.

DELIVERED FRESH

We complete all orders within 48 hours to assure we are providing the best service experience and care for your garments. We return your clothes crisply folded and ready to go right into your drawers or closet.

Your laundry will be delivered to the same address (we will not deliver to an address different than the pickup address). We charge the remaining balance after the laundry has been delivered.

Garments We Do Not Accept

We clean a wide variety of everyday household and personal laundry items. Our laundry service is designed for clothing and linens that can be safely machine washed and dried according to manufacturer care instructions.

To protect your garments, our staff, and our equipment, we cannot process certain items.

Down-filled items
Formal wear
Dresses with embellishments
Specialty uniforms
Pet bedding
Dry-clean-only garments
Leather, suede, or fur items
Wedding dresses
Vintage or heirloom garments
Items with significant tears or structural damage
Rugs and floor mats with rubber backing
Sleeping bags
Life jackets or safety equipment
Heavily soiled industrial items
